We offer both! Whether you need a one-time garden clean-up or regular maintenance, our team can tailor our services to meet your needs.
Which areas do you serve?
We primarily serve London, Kent, and Surrey, covering both residential and commercial properties, including property management sites. Though, we are happy to travel.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we provide free consultations and quotes for all potential projects. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll arrange a visit to assess your garden or site.
Are your arboriculture services available for residential & commercial properties?
Absolutely! Our certified arboriculture team is equipped to handle tree care for both residential and commercial properties, including pruning, tree removal, and more.
Are you insured?
Yes, Derry Downs Garden Services is fully insured up to £5 million public liability and are SSIP accredited.
How do I schedule a service?
You can schedule a service by contacting us via our website, phone, or email. We will get back to you promptly to arrange a consultation or book a service.
Do you offer garden design services?
Yes, we specialise in transforming gardens with unique designs tailored to your vision. Our team can help you create a beautiful outdoor space that suits your lifestyle and preferences.
What is your cancellation policy?
For maintenance works we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly.
However, if a deposit (50%) has been paid for project works, we ask for 5 working days notice . If not, customer will lose deposit, as products will have been purchased.
